LinkMobile (Meta Quest) and LinkMobile Host (Android) - Effective 9 October 2026
Option 1 (fastest): in the LinkMobile Host phone app, open Settings, tap your account at the top, then tap Delete account.
Option 2: email info@batlab.store from the email address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete account". We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Your LinkMobile sign-in data: email address, name and user ID. Pairing data and settings are stored only on your devices; uninstalling the apps removes them.
Google keeps its own records of Google Play purchases. Deleting your account does not cancel a LinkMobile Pro subscription: cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) first, or you will keep being charged.
