LinkMobile (Meta Quest) and LinkMobile Host (Android) - Effective 9 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and BATLAB for the use of LinkMobile (Meta Quest) and LinkMobile Host (Android). By tapping "I agree" or by using the apps you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the apps. Effective date: 9 October 2026.
The apps let you view your Android phone's screen and hear its audio on your Meta Quest, and control the phone from the Quest, over your local network.
The phone app requires you to sign in with a Google account. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it. You can sign out or delete your account in the app at any time.
Free: streaming of your phone screen to your Quest. LinkMobile Pro adds phone audio, touch control, Back / Home / Recents, High video quality, and muting and dimming the phone while connected. Pro is a monthly subscription bought through Google Play at the price shown before you buy. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; Pro then stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments and refunds follow Google Play's terms and refund policy. The app checks your subscription with Google Play and keeps Pro working offline for up to 7 days. We may add, change or remove features, but we will not remove the main Pro features during a period you have already paid for.
Use the apps only with devices you own or have clear permission to use. Do not use them to watch, record or control someone else's phone without their knowledge and consent, or for anything unlawful.
While you share, everything shown on the phone screen can be seen on the Quest, including private messages, banking apps and notifications, and the Quest can tap and swipe on the phone. Share only with a Quest you trust and stop sharing when you are done. Some apps and content (for example copy-protected video) may be blocked or shown black by Android or by the app. That is outside our control.
Touch control needs you to switch on LinkMobile Host in Android's Accessibility settings. It is used only to perform taps, swipes and Back / Home / Recents on this phone at your request from your paired Quest. You can switch it off at any time; the Quest can then view but not control.
Using a VR headset can affect your balance and awareness of your surroundings. Use it in a safe, clear space, take breaks, and never use it while walking in public, driving, or doing anything where you need to see your surroundings. Do not rely on the apps for emergencies. They may disconnect at any time, and phone calls cannot be answered or heard through them.
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error free, or work with every phone, Quest, app or network.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from your use of the apps, including use on shared or unsecured networks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Meta, Meta Quest, Android, Google and other names are trademarks of their owners. LinkMobile is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them.
You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may update or discontinue the apps.
We may change these terms. If we do, we will update the date above and ask you to accept again when the change is important.
