Immersive Gallery (Meta Quest 3 / 3S) - Effective 20 October 2026
Summary
Immersive Gallery turns photos you choose into 3D worlds. Everything happens on your headset: your photos are never uploaded, and we (BATLAB) never receive them. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and we do not sell or share your data. Purchases of credits are handled by Meta.
Who we are
Immersive Gallery is published by BATLAB. Contact: info@batlab.store.
Photos you choose
You pick photos with the Meta Quest photo picker. The app can only see the photos you select. Each selected photo is turned into a 3D world by an AI depth model that runs on your headset itself. The photo is not sent to BATLAB or to anyone else, and is not used to train AI models.
Data stored on your headset
Your worlds, their preview pictures, a copy of each chosen photo (so you can convert it again later), your credit balance, the day of your last free photo and your settings are kept in the app's own storage on your headset. Deleting a world in the app deletes its files. Uninstalling the app deletes all of them, including any unused credits. Android cloud backup is turned off for this app.
Credits and purchases
You get one free photo every day. Additional photos use credits, which you can buy as in-app purchases in the Meta Horizon Store. Payments are processed entirely by Meta under Meta's own terms and privacy policy; BATLAB does not receive your payment details. The app receives only a purchase confirmation from Meta so it can add the credits on your headset. BATLAB may see aggregated sales reports from Meta.
Store license check
When the app starts, it asks the Meta Horizon platform on your headset whether your Meta account owns the app (Meta's entitlement check). This happens on your device through Meta's services; BATLAB does not receive your account details.
Sharing with others
We do not collect, sell, rent or share your photos or personal data. Apart from purchases and the license check handled by Meta as described above, the app does not send your data anywhere.
Children
Immersive Gallery is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Meta Quest accounts have their own age requirements.
Your choices
You decide which photos to convert. You can delete any world in the app at any time, or uninstall the app to remove everything from your headset. Questions or requests: info@batlab.store.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
